Frequently asked questions

In the app, navigate to Menu and select Subscription, where you'll find information on your subscription.

iOS: Open your phone's Settings, select your Apple ID and then Subscriptions. Here you'll find a list of all your active subscriptions; selecting one lets you change it as needed.

Android: Open the Google Play Store app, tap the profile icon at the top right and select Payments & subscriptions. Selecting a subscription lets you change it as needed.

Your farm data is stored securely in the cloud and is only accessible to you and the team members you invite. It is not shared with anyone outside your team.
