All data is stored securely in the cloud and is only accessible to the members of your practice.
A matter's trust account may never be overdrawn (section 86 of the Legal Practice Act). PracticeOne enforces this: trust payments and transfers to business are limited to the funds held in trust for that matter. Disbursements paid before trust funds are received can be captured as Business Payments and recovered from trust later.
